Gloucester Scaffolding Ltd is committed to providing a work environment that is safe for all employees and those affected by our activities.
The requirements of our Health & Safety Policy are communicated to all employees, and it is actively promoted through employee consultation and involvement.
In line with our Health & Safety Policy, Gloucester Scaffolding Ltd is committed to developing a fully trained and competent workforce. We actively encourage all our operatives to progress through on going training.
- All employees undergo a safety induction.
- All operatives hold valid CITB/CISRS scaffolding cards.
- We have 2 supervisors who each hold the SMSTS certificate, (a highly regarded construction Health & Safety qualification for Site Managers).
